This is an important role which is essential in the academic operation of the school and involves close interaction with subject leads and other senior teachers. Experience of examination administration and compliance with examination regulations would be ideal pre-requisites but are not essential. The successful candidate will be part of the administrative team and will work independently, but in close liaison with the Deputy Head, who is the line manager. The role requires strong communication, organisational and customer care skills, flexibility, good attention to detail, along with an ability to deal appropriately with a wide range of people, maintain utmost confidentiality, demonstrate initiative and prioritise effectively.

This role is for 36 weeks of the year, 3 days a week (22.5 hours excluding lunch) for 31 weeks and 5 days a week for 5 weeks during the exam period (37.5 hours per week excluding lunch).
