What the tool offers
This tool enables exams office staff to search, customise and manage a personalised exams timetable
Once the required exam dates are selected (awarding body, qualifications, exam series etc.) the results can be immediately printed or alternatively exported and saved in an electronic format which can be further personalised as desired
|What the 2018/19 tool contains
The following organisations have provided information for the 2018/19 Exams Timetable Tool:
The Exams Office thanks the above awarding organisations for their contribution
How to use the tool
Information can be filtered by:
- Date (and date range)
- Examination series
- Awarding organisation
- Qualification type
- Examination code
It is recommended that you search by entering the ‘Examination code‘ into the search field.
Once the information for your selection(s) appears, you should select:
- ‘excel’ – if you want this information to open in a spreadsheet
- ‘copy’ – if you want to copy this information into an excel spreadsheet which you have already created.
If after filtering the timetable, your search produces several results (this may occur, for example, if you have filtered by ‘Subject’ and ‘Examination series’) you may select ‘excel’ or ‘copy’ and delete the information you do not require in your excel spreadsheet.
Please ensure that you have applied the ‘clear filters‘ option once you have completed your search in order to access all of the information on the Exams Timetable Tool
