The Exams Office is offering an exclusive enamel badge each academic year to any invigilator who completes at least one online invigilator training and assessment unit *

These badges are available to UK centres as part of your membership to The Exams Office

 

To celebrate and recognise the completion of our online invigilator training, The Exams Office are providing a high quality enamel badge to every invigilator * who successfully completes at least one unit within the Invigilator Training and Assessment Module. The 2025 badges will not be awarded for completion of the Invigilator Digital Accreditation during the 2024/25 academic year.

These unique badges will also make the perfect ‘thank you’ gift for invigilators following the completion of a successful summer exam series.

The 2025 badges are being dispatched retrospectively during January 2026 to enable us to test the ordering, packing and dispatch process.

 

How to claim your invigilator badges

2024/25 badges

From early October, exams officers will be able to claim their 2025 invigilator badges by following these steps:

  • Step 1 – Visit the Invigilator Badges page within the Hub
  • Step 2 – Confirm by 31 October whether you would like to receive badges for your invigilator (the system will confirm the number of badges you will be receiving *)
  • Step 3 – Confirm the colour of the badge
  • Step 4 – Confirm your centre address

Badges will be dispatched in early January.

  • Blue
  • Red
  • Green
  • Purple
  • Black
  • Yellow/Gold

A badge will be available for each invigilator who has completed at least one unit within the Invigilator Training and Assessment Module during the 2024/25 academic year.

 

2025/26 badges

From summer 2026 and beyond, a badge will be available for all invigilators who have completed at least unit by 1 May each academic year (the Invigilator Training and Assessment Module and the Invigilator Digital Accreditation).

Exams officers should visit the Invigilator Badges page within the Hub by 1 May to confirm:

  • Whether they would like badges for the current academic
  • The colour of the badges
  • Their centre address

 

Members will be sent reminders of the above information via our monthly updates.

 

* A maximum of 50 badges will be sent per member centre. Additional badges can be purchased from The Exams Office Store (see Exclusives) at a cost of £1.50 per badge (badges are sold in packs of 10). Only one colour of badges will be sent to each centre. These badges are available to UK centres only due to postage costs. However, badges will be distributed at the International Exams Officer training from November 2026 onwards
