The Exams Office offers an exclusive enamel badge each academic year to any invigilator who completes our online training

These badges are available to UK centres as part of your membership to The Exams Office

To celebrate and recognise the completion of our online invigilator training, The Exams Office provides a high quality enamel badge for invigilators. These unique badges will also make the perfect ‘thank you’ gift for invigilators from their centre following the completion of a successful summer exam series.

From summer 2026 and beyond, a badge can be claimed* for invigilators who have completed our online training by 30 April each academic year (by completing at least one unit of the Invigilator Training and Assessment Module and/or the Invigilator Digital Accreditation).

2025/26 academic year

Member centres can claim up to 50 complimentary invigilator badges as a token of appreciation for their invigilators’ contribution to the summer 2026 exam series. To do so, visit the Invigilator Badges area within the Hub and select ‘Claim’ by 30 April. Additional 2025/26 badges can be pre‑ordered via The Exams Office Store.

These badges are embossed with ‘Invigilator’ and ‘2025/26’ and are available in a range of colours: red, yellow/gold, green, blue, purple, and black.

*A maximum of 50 badges can be claimed per member centre. Additional badges can be purchased from The Exams Office Store (see Exclusives) at a cost of £1.50 per badge (badges are sold in packs of 10). Only one colour of badges will be sent to each centre. These badges are available to UK centres only due to postage costs. However, badges will be distributed at the International Exams Officer training from November 2026 onwards.

2024/25 academic year

Badges were not be awarded for completion of the Invigilator Digital Accreditation during the 2024/25 academic year. The 2024/25 badges were dispatched retrospectively during January 2026 to enable us to test the ordering, packing and dispatch process.
