The Exams Office’s Winter and Summer conferences are the only national events attended by key stakeholders including the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and the major awarding bodies. Over 3000 Exams Officers are expected to attend our 2019 Winter and Summer conferences.

The Exams Office is the only organisation which offers these free-to-attend* conferences to the Exams Officer community

Conference content is tailored specifically to meet the needs of exams officers and supporting our members in their everyday role. This includes national networking opportunities, high quality, experienced speakers, interactive workshops, the latest awarding body/JCQ information to prepare exams officers for the summer exam series and beyond, providing practical advice, hints and tips.

The conferences include keynote speeches, presentations and workshops from experts in the field of exams administration and management, with a focus upon guidance and good practice hints and tips.

Delegates can select the workshops they would like to attend via the booking form. Refreshments and buffet lunch are provided. A range of exams-related exhibitors are also in attendance.

Members of The Exams Office can attend a Winter conference and a Summer conference as part of their membership *

*One free place per member centre is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that only those with an up-to-date paid membership with The Exams Office at the time of booking and at the time of the event will be eligible for a free place. Booking windows will close once all places are taken.

Additional places and non-members places may be acquired, if capacity allows, for £175 (+VAT) per place
