Key Documents are designed to support you in the identification and completion of key tasks through the exam cycle
Documents are categorised by stages of the exam cycle, supporting you in understanding when these could be useful during the exams management and administration process
- Guides provide overviews of processes and regulations, highlight key tasks and promote good practice
- Checklists provide a means of self-assessment
- Templates provide a starting point for undertaking/completing a key task or process and may be customised for use in a centre
- Additional documents support new exams officers, exams review and exams-related policies/procedures
All documents are reviewed and updated each academic year
Key Documents are available as normal here and are now also available in our online Document Library
Document Library
This functionality enables you to select key documents and/or create termly exams handbooks for your centre
Documents can easily be found by :
- scrolling through the list of all documents, or
- searching on a key word/words, or
- filtering on a document category
Centre Exams Handbooks
This functionality allows documents to be added to any termly handbook (autumn, spring, summer) and is also useful to support you in reviewing and updating your centre’s Exams Manual which is intended to support contingency and succession planning
Online Exams Handbook
This functionality allows you to view, edit and/or download your Centre Exams Handbooks
How to access Online Key Documents
- Login to the Online Portal
- From the Members (Resources) area select Key Documents
- Select Document Library or Online Exams Handbook
