What the tool offers

Designed to support exams planning in member centres prior to the publication of final timetables at the end of June, this tool offers a composite list of the contributing awarding bodies provisional examination dates enabling exams officers to search, customise and manage a personalised provisional exams timetable for their centre

It is recommended that centres use FirefoxSafari (if using an Apple Mac) or Edge when accessing the tool

How to access the tool

  • Login to the Online Portal
  • From the Members (Resources) area select Online Tools
  • Select Provisional Exams Timetable Tool

Where June (summer) exam timetable information is released to The Exams Office in a timely manner by the contributing awarding bodies, this tool is also provided to facilitate the provision of any relevant comments or feedback to the JCQcic consultation on Provisional Examination Timetables which normally runs from the end of February until the end of April each year

What the tool contains

Summer 2021 Qualifications

(Update 16/10/2020) Due to the publication of June 2021 amended provisional timetables, and the short consultation period running from 16-30 October, the tool will not be updated with amended provisional timetable information as the publication of June 2021 final timetables will supersede this
